Artisanal craftsmanship, from salt pan to ceramic pot
Since 2018, we have worked exclusively with salt harvesters who gather fleur de sel with a traditional skimmer and dry their salt in the sun. The quality of their harvest is such that, once the salt has been gathered, nothing more is needed: no additives, no processing.
Each fleur de sel is then presented in a ceramic pot handcrafted by Portuguese artisans.

Harvested with a fleur de sel skimmer, a large wooden rake that lifts the crystals without breaking them. A salt harvester’s skill passed down through generations.

Our signature product
Marrakech fleur de sel
In the Atlas Mountains, salt harvesters dig wells to draw naturally salty groundwater, then channel it into pools hollowed out of the rock. This spring-water fleur de sel is harvested by hand and has both briny and mineral notes.
Its Majorelle blue pot is inspired by the round cactus in the Majorelle Garden in Marrakech.
