Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on the volume and weight of the products, in accordance with the current rates of La Poste and our carriers.

For any order over 10 kg, please email us at sales@les-terres-blanches.fr with your order details and delivery address. We will provide a quote including delivery charges.
Delivery times
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 days of confirmation, subject to product availability. If an item is no longer available and this is not indicated on the product page, the customer will be notified by email or telephone, and LES TERRES BLANCHES will offer either a refund or the option to wait until the product is back in stock. The average delivery time in France and Europe is 3 to 6 working days.
Delivery times are given as accurately as possible in working days but depend on supply and transport availability. If the product has not been delivered 30 days after the estimated delivery date, the sale may be cancelled at the customer’s request. The customer will receive a refund of amounts already paid, without any compensation or damages (Article L 121-20-3 of the French Consumer Code).
Dispatch
Orders placed on the LES TERRES BLANCHES website can only be sent to the destinations offered. For shipping outside Europe, please contact sales@les-terres-blanches.fr.
Returns
The customer has a statutory period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to inform LES TERRES BLANCHES of their intention to return a product and the reason for the return.
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, with any accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale and with the relevant order number. The parcel must be suitable for transport. Any product that is damaged, opened or incomplete, or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
